  • Have innovative ideas in and out of season for staff development, strength training, and fundraising;
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain professional relationships to work cooperatively and collaboratively with other coaches, students, teachers, parents, and administrators;
  • Demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm;
  • Demonstrate the ability to make decisions in the best interest of students;
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of making each student feel valued;
  • Be an ambassador for our athletic program;
  • The successful candidate should have a clear understanding of what education-based athletics is about and the life skills that can be taught through Athletics.
