The Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District has an opening for a Full-time Typist - Secondary Pupil Support Office.   The successful candidate will need to:

  • Oversee SchoolTool functions, including updates, annual rollover, scheduling and related tasks;
  • Manage Central Registration for the district, ensuring accurate enrollment and student records;
  • Oversee secondary school grading processes to ensure accuracy;
  • Process and fulfill transcript requests in a timely and confidential manner;
  • Coordinate Advance Placement (AP) exam administration;
  • Manage Regents exam ordering and scanning;
  • Prepare and distribute report cards and progress reports;
  • Produce and monitor student failure reports, communicate findings as needed;
  • Maintain inventory and prepare/process office purchase orders;
  • Coordinate local scholarship information, applications, and deadlines;
  • Issue working papers to eligible students in compliance with state regulations;
  • Assist student(s) with Selective Service registration;
  • Greet Visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and prepare correspondence and communications;
  • Other duties as assigned by building Principal/Assistant Principal(s).

Teacher AideMSS10.2025
The Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District has an opening for a Teacher Aide.  The successful candidate will need to have the:
  • Ability to monitor a student with special needs within a general or special education classroom; 
  • Ability to implement specific interventions identified as a need on a student’s behavior intervention plan or IEP; 
  • Ability to foster independent opportunities for students to socialize appropriately with peers; 
  • Experience and understanding in implementing IEP goals as a member of a team; 
  • Experience in working with different learning styles and learning needs; 
  • Experience with the needs of students with disabilities (Autism, ADHD, sensory regulation) a plus; 
  • Eagerness to learn and work with a variety of teachers and personnel. 
 
 
Starting at $25,172.00 per year
