The Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District has a Speech Pathologist opening.   This role that will last from October 2020 through December 2020. The successful candidate will need to:

  • Speech Therapy Certification required Speech Pathologist preferred
  • Experience with speech/language instruction in a special education setting
  • Training and qualification to instruct in IEP goals
  • Experience and willingness to work with different learning styles and learning needs
  • Must be able to support skills based program of reading and writing instruction
  • Must be able to support and work in a team learning classroom setting
  • Experience with Medicaid reimbursement a MUST.
  • Preference will be given to candidate who can commit to 6 weeks of program
     
Per Contract
Special Education Teacher - Middle SchoolCSE 09022020

The Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District has a Special Education Teacher opening.   This role that will last approximately 10 weeks and be compensated at $175 per day. The successful candidate will need to:

  • Special Education Certification required
  • Experience with 12:1:1 or 15:1 :1 Special Classes Preferred
  • Experience with Specialized Instruction
  • Experience and understanding in implementing IEP goals is required
  • Experience in working with different learning styles and learning needs
  • Training in conflict resolution and experience working with children with management needs
  • Must be able to support skills based IEP program of reading and math instruction
  • Training in techniques of LSCI or TCI a plus
